Here we are week 26, belly is getting bigger, kicks are getting stronger, back pains are in full swing, and our anxiousness to meet her is growing by the day! By the looks of our last sonogram pictures, I think she might look more like her daddy! Yes, hard to tell...but I swear, I think she has his nose! We go back to the doctor on the 11th for another sonogram and we're always so excited to see her and hear her little heart beat.
Christmas was a sweet one, lots of much needed maternity clothes and, of course my mom and sister couldn't help themselves, some adorable little girl outfits! I rang in the new year at home in Dallas by dragging my mom and sister to help me register. Starving, exhausted, overwhelmed, and 3 1/2 hours later we walked out of Babies 'R' Us! You know I couldn't leave that place empty handed, so I actually ended up buying her bedding that day too! Now I'm in major nesting mode, on the search for a bigger house, and on a mission to get the nursery all set up so I can admire it while we wait for her arrival!

So glad you got all registered. I can't wait to see what the bedding looks like. Little girl stuff is so fun!!

ReplyDeleteOh man, registering was way more effort than I pictured it being, but it was fun! And thank you so much, I don't know how adorable I'm feeling these days so it feels good to hear it! I'm so glad we got to catch up, definitely much needed time together :)
